Location:WI CRM Functional Analyst - Must be familiar with business process and SAP CRM conffiguration in support of the following: Service Contracts, Service Contract quotations, Service Orders, Service Confirmations, Service order billing, Service confirmation time posting and integration to CATS, Integration between CRM and ECC in the areas of Logistics/HR/Finance, CRM 7.0 experience preferred. Under general direction, formulates and defines system design. Working with customers, prepare detailed specifications from which the SAP CRM application will be constructed. Analyze business related issues to formulate and develop new or modified solutions. Develop functional specifications, design specifications, test plans, and security requirements. Key technical contributor or project leader on major project involving multi-site personnel. Assist customer in defining work processes and system requirements. Identify areas where systems solutions will meet the customer needs. Typically requires a B.A. or B.S. degree and 5 to 8 years of related experience.
