Offshore Development Center Manager
As the ODC Manager I built a program to outsource offshore development
within our company from the ground up. Building a  joint venture
between Integware and our biggest international outsourcing partner
allowed Integware to outsource development activities and continue to
successfully deliver project on time and within budget.

As the Program Manger responsibilities are composed of both sales and
operations in roughly equal parts.  On the sales side, accountability
