The candidate should possess the ability to speak to business process as it pertains to the BSA (Business System Analysis) role - Very good communication skills, both written and verbal, attention to detail. BSA should have in depth understanding of all *Oracle Supply Chain & Enterprise Asset Management modules (ALM, INV, WIP, BOM, etc.)* *Oracle Financial & Oracle Database experience and knowledge is a plus*. *Requirements:* Ability to work with people, Design, *Oracle 10gRA*C, Patch and Releases, SQL. Must have experience working *TWO instances of ORACLE* ideally with one instance being in *Oracle 11g*. *Additional Skills:* At least 4 full lifecycle Implementations, Functional Experience with Oracle EBS is a must, and Technical Experience with Oracle EBS is a huge plus. Expertise and Hands-On Experience in: * Full System Development/Implementation Lifecycles (Design, Build, Testing, Transition, and Go-Live) * Define and Design Solutions for Captured Business Requirements and Map the Solution onto the Oracle e-Business Suite * Oracle Supply Chain Management Applications (Order Management, Inventory, Shipping/Receiving) * Oracle Discrete Manufacturing (Bill of Materials, Work in Process, and MRP) * Oracle Financials (Fixed Assets and General Ledger) * Strong Working Knowledge of SOA and Web services and Integration.
