Location: Omaha, NE Duration: 6-12 Months Rate: $53/hr Currently seeking a *Gentran Integration Suite Developer (GIS)* for our client in Omaha, NE. *Primary Responsibilities *• Provide expertise in GIS/SI flows testing, Systems Administration, activities to include general troubleshooting, system performance tuning, applying vendor-supplied patches. • Convert existing and add new information to GIS/SFG • Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials for GIS/SI system administration. • Develop and test business workflows in the GIS/SI Development, QA system environments and prepare promotion tasks to the Production Environments. • Perform configuration, management, and maintenance tasks for GIS/SI application. • Develop, implement and maintain change control and testing processes for modifications and upgrades to GIS/SI related objects. • Transactional Data management including archiving and purging, import and export of data objects, and data refreshes of Development, QA and Production environments. • Lead small to medium complexity technical projects. Work with business, database and application development teams and report progress of project throughout project lifecycle. • Design technical solutions, manage development of technical solutions, test plans and lead testing. • Contributing to new interface and business process flow designs • Providing estimates that impact project plans and solution delivery • Production/ on call Support as required. *Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: (Below skill set is expected minimum in Gentran Integration Suite 4.1 through 4.3, good to have similar experience in 5.0) *• 4+ years experience with business application solution using GIS • Sufficient formal and/or informal training experience in GIS System administration, maintenance, installation, configuration, tuning and programming. • Expert level in creating Business workflows using Business Process Modeling Language (BPML and XPath) within Sterling Commerce - Gentran Integration Suite • Performed installation and system tuning of Gentran Integration Suite application (Multi Node Cluster) on UNIX or Linux operating systems. • Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and maintaining GIS environments, networks, and clusters. • Experience with developing and implementing Disaster Recovery • Experience with GIS multi node clusters • Knowledge of database concepts • Experience with Sterling File Gateway • Experience with PGP encryption • Experience with Sterling Control Center • Experience with using Connect: Direct with GIS • Experience in Unix shell scripting and C:D, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, AS2, HTTP, HTTPS protocols *# of Years Required:* 3-5 years exp *Preferred Skills:* • Working experience with Sterling Integrator 4.3 (Newer version of Gentran Integration Suite). • Working experience with perimeter servers, PGP • Web services/ Soap messaging. • Financial Industry experience • Knowledge of Tidal or any other scheduling software • Communicating effectively with external and internal customers *Required Education:* • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related subject • Professional Certification (e.g., APICS) preferred • Technical Certification (e.g., Java) preferred -- ______________ With Kind regards ABHI | Technical Recruiter | Cigniti Inc ® [email protected] 1304 W Walnut Hill Lane.
