Seeking Java developers experienced in development of all layers of N-tiered
applications.

Candidate must have excellent problem-solving, communication and people
skills.
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor's Degree
Years of Experience Required: More than 6 years with Java
Required Skills:
Core Java, OO Design Patterns Knowledge and Experience, Database
Programming, XML, Version Control Knowledge and Experience, Service
Architecture Programming, Some Enterprise Level Relational Database.
Desired Skills/Experience:
Must have expereince in Interface and Middleware integration.Enterprise
Service Bus (ESB) is a must.Java Swing, Oracle, Hibernate, Spring Framework,
Retail Pharmacy, UNIX, Java Server Faces, JBoss RichFaces
Web Services -- Hands on experience SOAP, WSDL ,XML , XSD -- top down /
bottom up approaches, versioning best practices etc
WS Standards -- Security / Reliable Messaging etc
Tools -- RAD / WAS / WMP
Coding standards / Best Practices / Unit Testing
Some familiarity with Agile Thanks
