It may turn into a full time position, so we’d like to limit ourselves to citizens/green card holders. Below is a description of what we are looking for. · At least 5 years experience as a business analyst: · Meet with business users to gather, interpret & understand business needs and wants. · Analyze requirements, data and existing systems to define comprehensive solution. · Create business and functional documentation. · Work with stakeholders through entire project life cycle including supporting development, testing, and post production support & change management. · MUST have strong experience with HR business and SAP HR systems. Must be able to apply knowledge of SAP HR systems and business requirements to define functional solution within SAP.
