Duration: 4 months w/ ability to extend Experience and training 1. Bachelor's degree. 2. 5+ years of experience with systems development and experience with user-centered needs analysis. 3. Experience with implementation of *Human Resource* applications. 4. Experience using reporting tools based on *SQL programming** *or multi-dimensional interactive environments, preferably *Oracle* and * Hyperion*. 5. Experience using desktop applications, including *MS Project, Excel* and *Word*. 6. Preferred: experience in an Higher Education environment 7. Preferred: experience with the *Oracle eBusiness* Suite Skills and abilities 1. Excellent customer service skills. 2. Ability to learn quickly and to work independently. 3. Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, planning and analytical skills. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute to a team. 5. Ability to develop functional specifications and perform quality assurance. 6.
