*Experience: 10+ years (Functional) Business Analysis* Essential Functions/Responsibilities: 1) Work closely with the business to identify opportunities for improvement 2) Become a subject matter expert of our customer's business needs for execution of application software implementation. 3) Work closely with our vendor as we identify gaps between future state process and system functionality 4) Work to develop solutions between the business users and the technical development team to ensure technology solution and business process align 5) Document business process decisions 6) Lead and participate in business process requirements gathering 7) sessions with PAS Team and business SMEs 8) Participate in functional requirements and solution design sessions as needed 9) Produce high quality documentation that can be understood by the business as well as out IT partners Qualifications/Requirements: Significant experience (10+ years) with the development, improvement, and standardization of detailed business processes 1) Proven experience in designing and improving operational processes 2) Exceptional customer experience orientation 3) Project management experience leading large scale/impact 4) Experience with process mapping tools such as iGrafx or Visio (BPMN a plus) 5) Experience with packaged software implementations 6) Proven ability to develop relationships across a matrixed organization and work with key business stakeholders to co-develop strategy and execute initiatives Qualifications/Requirements: 1) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) 2) Results driven, self-starter with excellent execution skills 3) Bachelor's degree 4) Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required. 5) Candidate must be flexible, well organized and able to work well under pressure.
