1> Have 6+ yrs of testing experience
2> Have mainframe testing experience ( mainframe knowledge is a
must); batch
testing exp as a MUST
3> Must have good communication skills
4> Financial/Mutual fund exp would be very helpful
5> some mainframe testing experience (if has mainframe development
experience)
