*Direct Client* Sr. Oracle Apps DBA Location: Sanjose, CA Duration: 6+ Months *Skills required * * Must have 3+years experience of setting up and managing *Oracle*Applications 11.5.9 and above. * Must have hands-on RAC experience. * * Must have experience of performing database administration functions within large scale *Oracle* Enterprise applications implementations requiring complex integration with external systems. * Must have experience of designing and setting up RMAN back-up, recovery and disaster recovery plan processes and procedures. * Must have experience in planning, installation, and maintenance of *Oracle * DBMS software (10g) and *Oracle* Enterprise Manager (Grid Control) * Must have experience in writing extensive SQL tuning statements and Unix/Perl and Shell Scripts * Must be a process and detail-oriented individual. * Must have experience and ability to interact effectively with resources from the functional and technical tracks on the project team. * Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills. * Must be willing to work on-call as part of regular work schedule or when required. * Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities is a necessity Thanks, Alex, [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
