Many candidates work or know jsf 1.0 but in the interview they say they can catch up. The manager specifically wants someone who has worked at least for a yr approx on JSF 2.0. Plus should know how to do xhtml in Jsf. And good in UI. Minimum 7+ years of software development experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing UI interfaces and Web Application using Java Technologies. Solid Java development experience and a demonstration of superior ability a must. (Min 5 years hands on.) Experience in *JSF 2.0, Primefaces, Richfaces is mandatory* Experience in AJAX and JavaScript is mandatory. Experience with Web 2.0 technologies: HTML/CSS, DOM, DHTML, Ajax/JavaScript, XML, web services API.
