*Job Title : Oracle Lead Developer* *Location : AUSTIN, TX* *Duration : 6 Months* *Description :* Working as a Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining database applications in the AWS Oracle database. We are looking for an engineer who is ready to contribute their talents in a dynamic environment. You will be focused on software development with a very talented group of engineers developing products and solutions in both Linux/Unix and Windows environments. Additional Responsibilities: Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent problem solving and communication skills as you may interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications Strong leadership skills are also required as you may lead teams across a number of complex systems to accomplish undefined tasks on a planned and adhoc basis as well as lead cross functional teams thru design and development on an assigned task crossing multiple applications Lead design and code reviews to notify and correct any issues where possible across organizations prior to implementation Required to maintain a baseline of IT industry knowledge to champion new technologies and processes that strengthen the people, process and products Designing and developing database schema for Oracle 10g. Writing and maintaining server-side applications in PL/SQL for Oracle 10g. Writing, maintaining and extending data interfaces for use by web-based and other software applications Assisting in ad-hoc report and tool development as needed.
