The current Flash developer position is focused on for the creation and
maintenance of templates within the learning architecture team. The
candidate should be experienced in working in a team environment and have
strong collaboration and problem solving skills. Candidates must demonstrate
a strong background in Adobe Flash, Actionscript 3.0, Adobe Flex, XML,
Javascript and object oriented programming. Additional expertise in the end
to end development lifecycle including design documentation and testing is
desired. Candidates with usability, heuristics and/or graphic design
backgrounds preferred. Experience with SCORM 2004 and learning management
systems preferred, but not required. Candidates with Flash application
development preferred.
