Title -- Web content Management system (WCMS) Location -- DC Duration -- 6+m Required Skills Web Content Management System (WCMS) Information Architect (10+Years) DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Candidates should have the following qualifications: • At least ten years experience working with online media, multimedia and user experience teams. • Experience in documenting user requirements for WCMS implementation. • Expertise in planning, managing and conducting user experience interviews and sessions, including completing results analysis and reporting on findings to business stakeholders. • Substantive experience in formulating information architectures, including user flows, site map/navigation schema, wireframes, detailed design specifications, and traceability mappings. • Strong proficiency with information architecture tools including InDesign, Photoshop, and Vision. • Experience supporting content strategy activity streams including content classification and multiple source content analysis. Additional desired qualifications are: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 10+Years of Experience • Experience working with an enterprise IT unit or department. • Good understanding of web content design processes. • Good understanding of web application servers. • Demonstrated focus on using design documentation and software quality assurance methods. • Ability to work and produce required results without close supervision. • Excellent oral and written communications skills. • Good client and stakeholder relationship management skills • Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude. • Ability to work capably under stress and to juggle multiple tasks within tight deadlines. • Strong diplomatic, interpersonal and teamwork skills, particularly in a multicultural environment. RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage user experience testing, including outlining test objectives and creating test plans. • Conduct business analysis interviews and sessions with Bank stakeholders, including analyzing results and reporting findings. • Develop information architecture, including conceptual models (defined interaction design models, user mental models, etc.), future state flows, site maps/navigation schemas, concept and detailed wireframes. • Prepare detailed information architecture design specifications. • Work closely with metadata specialists to formulate content strategies for web taxonomies and content classification.
