Prepare Transition plan in collaboration with the Various MRL program teams (based on their Key initiatives, timelines etc) along with the Transition Manager. 2. Perform impact analysis by working with the application teams on the proposed ref data road map and communicate the impact analysis back to MRL Ref data team. 3. Conduct/Participate in transition planning meetings with various MRL program/Application teams 4. Provide/refine necessary templates for capturing the impact analysis & other transition activities. 5. Coordinate Transition to the proposed state by working with the various program implementation teams. *Requirement 2:* * * *Performance Tester with ITKO LISA* Mooresville / North Carolina 4-6 Months Rate: $Negotiable 1. Strong and pure performance testing experience. Good knowledge of performance testing/tuning/analysis techniques. 2. Should be able to write effective test scripts within the framework of testing tools specifically Load Runner, ITKO LISA using documented requirements and technical specifications provided. 3. Extensive experience of Load Runner using protocols such as HTTP/HTML, Web Services, Siebel, Java, Custom Scripts etc. 4. 1+ years experience in usage of ITKO LISA for Performance testing. Strong experience in SOA including WSDL, XML, and SOAP messaging and the use of ITKO LISA for the same. 5. Should be able to identify effective usage of LISA features (specifically Virtualization) for performance testing. Knowledge and experience of extendibility feature of LISA for protocols/ applications for which direct usage of LISA does not happen. 6. Should be good in assessing project implementations where we can use LISA (finding opportunities) in Lowe’s. 7. Should be able to effectively communicate and convince the customer about advantages of using LISA for opportunities that have been found and assessed internally. 8. Execute/debug test scripts through automated or manual methods and report findings according to the defined process 9. Participate/Support diagnostics testing of newly defined or modified environments. 10. Strong experience in developing Performance Test Plans and Performance test Scenarios using requirements and design documents while specifying Testing Overview, Approach, Strategy, Scope, Architecture, Environment, Roles and Responsibilities 11. Should be familiar with usage of Defect Tracking tools, Quality Center in particular. 12. Should be able to conduct root cause analysis of the defects reported. 13. Knowledge of the following Monitoring tools like Sitescope, Wily Introscope etc. 14. Experience of LoadRunner, Performance Center, LISA setup / installations / Administration / Troubleshoot / R& D 15. Complete awareness of Software Development Life Cycle *Requirement3:* *Brief role overview * a. Get the Business requirements. b. Able to provide the better/alternative solutions in ALS. c.
