Job Description • Responsible for servicing IT requirements from US based clients. • Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle. • Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice etc) • Job postings. • Should be able to work on W2, 1099, C2C requirement. • Maintaining Database on Daily basis. • Achieving Daily Target of Submissions and maintaining good submittal of Interview/Placement ratio.
