Rate: $40/hr C2C Position Performance Test Engineer Location St Louis, MO Start Date ASAP End Date 6 month assignment * * *Job Responsibilities* - Responsible for conducting application performance testing activities - Work collaboratively with project teams to help define performance test objectives, design and create realistic testing scenarios, write scripts, execute tests, report and analyze test results, and document/manage associated defects - Mentor and train other performance team members - Present findings from tests to groups with varying degrees of technical experience *Job Requirements* Requirements: - 4+ years experience with performance testing using HP/Mercury LoadRunner Suite - 4 year college degree (Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science preferred) - Proven ability to work under pressure and to effectively multitask - Demonstrable success eliciting performance requirements - Excellent written and oral communication skills and relationship building skills. - Experience working on high availability and high traffic web-based applications - Background in software lifecycle management and understanding performance testing process are a plus. - Powershell programming, Java, C or C++ a plus. This position will be a member of the Capacity team with primary duties to design, develop and execute performance tests of web based applications.
