Duration: 9 months





Business Analyst to support the replacement of Huntignton's ATM platform and
related projects. Experience
working in a banking environment with ATMs, Plastics (Debit, ATM, Credit,
and Pre-paid), Transaction Networks,
and conversions is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Drive the development of business requirements for medium to high
complexity processes.
o Define the business process inventory and approach to
gathering/documenting requirements.
o Document current-state processes and data for impacted business processes.

o Define gaps/issues to be resolved by the project, options for resolution,
and recommendation.
o Document future-state processes and data resulting from recommendations.
2. Support the Detailed Requirements, Design, Test, and Deployment phases.
o Detailed Requirements
- Write use cases as required
- Review and gain approval for use cases, if applicable.
- Resolve issues and action items.
- Assist in Test Planning
o Design
- Assist with UI mock ups and/or other design documents, if applicable.
- Assist in the build of test scripts, if applicable
- Resolve issues and action items.
o Test
- Execute functional and system testing, if applicable
- Manage UAT testing efforts

Skills and minimum experience:
*RUP/Use Cases - 1+ years
*Business Analyst - 5+ years
*Business Systems Analyst - 5+ years
*ATM/Base24/HP Non-Stop - 5+ years
*Project Management - 1+ years
*MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio - 3+ years

Other Minimum Requirements
Primary Skills
1. Workflow Modeling
a. Ability to document low to medium complexity workflow models (process
maps) from a Business
perspective. (Proforma ProVision or Visio experience preferred)
b. Ability to define gaps, options, recommendations and build future state
based upon recommendations.
2. Use Case Development
a. Ability to understand, review, and create User Goal use cases based on
workflow models
3. Meeting Management and Facilitation Skills Ability to manage and
facilitate meetings with business areas,
project groups, and technical groups to gain approval, resolve issues, and
meet overall project goals.
4. Priority Management Ability to managed priorities across multiple
projects, phases, and tasks.
5. Sense of Urgency - Possess a sense of urgency to drive their tasks as
well as others.
6. Teamwork - Display teamwork by assisting others and defusing tense
situations and/or personality conflicts.
Secondary Skills
1. Testing
a. Ability to build test scripts and run SQL queries to pull test data.
2. Project Management (as needed)
a. Ability to build basic project schedules using MS Project.
b. Ability to facilitate the definition of a project schedule through all
phases of the project lifecycle.
c. Ability to manage project phases to a predefined project schedule
Desired Experience
A minimum of 5 years experience driving business requirements in a software
development environment
required. Candidates should possess a comfort with both business oriented
and technical oriented discussions.
Candidate should possess a strong understanding of Plastics (Debit, ATM,
Credit, and Pre-Paid) related
functions - issuance, authorizations, and conversions.
