They should have strong DataStage experience of 7 yrs + with 2-3 years of solid/complex designing experience with Data Stage. · Required to understand business and technical requirements and to develop appropriate DataStage solutions to solve performance, security, reliability, and availability requirements. · Experience with IBM MetaStage and IBM Information analyzer, metadata management, optimizing jobs, SQL server in a large data warehouse environment along with knowledge of data standards and industry best practices · Data migration experience from Oracle, DB2 & flat files.
