Very urgent Requirement - send resumes to [email protected] Job Title : Siebel Admin with Unix Location: Irvine, CA Duration: 6+ months(Long-term) *Job Responsibility : * The Siebel Administrator role is part of a team responsible for providing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for two deployments. Key assignments include maintaining, testing, and monitoring the development and production environments, performing migration and rollout activities, and providing day-to-day support to end-users and project teams. *Requirements : * · Five years or more Siebel experience · Certified Siebel Core Consultant desired · Manage and monitor Siebel Servers, Siebel Components, and Siebel Tasks · Administer Assignment Rules and Workflow Policies · Apply application upgrades and patches to existing Siebel Enterprises · Deep understanding of Siebel System Administration utilizing all major components of the Siebel Enterprise (Workflow, Assignment, Remote, Actuate Reporting, Load Balancing using Siebel internal and F5 Networks Big IP, MLOV) · Good working knowledge of Siebel authentication and access control using LDAP and Active Directory · Hands-on experience with Siebel System Administration daily activities such as configuring application components, parameters, and configuration files; using the Siebel command-line server manager interface; logging and event notification, gathering diagnostic information using Siebel Application Response Measurement (SARM); supporting High Interactivity clients; using Application Deployment Manager (ADM) to deploy application customizations; and basic performance tuning. · Start-up/Shut down procedures for a multi-server Siebel Enterprise with both UNIX and Windows servers · Good working knowledge of Siebel Enterprise installation in a UNIX environment · Siebel Tools, Siebel Enterprise Architecture, Siebel Data Model, EIM/EAI, Siebel Workflow and Assignment Manager Knowledge and Skill Requirements: · Demonstrated knowledge/skill in Unix (Solaris) scripting · Demonstrated knowledge/skill of Wintel operating system and environment · Requires an understanding of inter-related work processes to be able to adapt to differing assignments. · Provides routine information to coordinate the assignments and work procedures of others. · Ability to pay close attention to details · Computer skills to produce effective reports, documents and presentations. · Professional manner, tact, diplomacy and discretion in dealing with vendors, suppliers and colleagues including senior management. · Draws on a number of known options to solve problems and to develop improvements. · Adaptable to set and prioritize work with varying exceptions.
