· Assist Business leads and SME's in initial high level
requirement
definition and gathering.
· Responsible for functional requirement gathering and creation of
Business Requirements
Document
· Responsible for business validation and resolving issues during
UAT/QA testing and Go-Live
Support
· Diagnose complex problems, perform issues analysis and propose
solutions and or provide recommendations
· Responsible for business process improvement with strong
contribution from process perspective
· Good functional and technical understanding and hands on
experience on various versions of
software applications such as on/off diagnostics, guided trouble
shooting etc..·
The ability to visualize and create high-level models that can
be
used in future analysis and mature the business
architecture
· Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology
for capturing the key views of the business unit in
context of th
enterprise .
. Develop architectural roadmaps/plans .
