They should enjoy exploring and learning new approaches for writing automated tests in C# and willing to learn how to write integrated tests based on Agile acceptance criteria. On this team, developers & QA are involved up front in the planning meetings (ran by PMs) where we determine what will build their input is vital to creating the right solution for customers. We want to go beyond traditional automation to explore more efficient ways to create and run developer-based tests. This person should have a passion for exploring new approaches, such as model-based testing or using Visual Studio Lab Manager.
