Job Title : *SAP CRM Consultants** *Location : Lakeville, MN Duration : 5 Months Rate : $70/hr C2C all inclusive *Requirements Details:** *We are in the process of planning for our upcoming CTC (campaign to cash) global process designs and the corresponding the solutions to support those processes. In our assessment we anticipate needing assistance from definitely 2 consultants – one for SAP CRM and one for SAP SD (including pricing and variant configuration). The projects will focus on processes first and then determine the best technology solution to support those global processes. Also, these consultants would be responsible for knowledge transfer to our internal BA team. *Responsibilities for both roles:** *Provide strategy experiences regarding the processes associated the end-to-end campaign to cash processes from a business perspective. Assist in the development of workshop facilitation materials (i.e. current organization, best practice options, and recommendation). Lead/facilitate workshops if required. Assist with project deliverable creation, including, but not limited to Blueprint, Process Flows, RICEF Analysis, Conversion Inventory and Approach, Functional Requirements Inventory, Functional/Technical Design, and Application Architecture documents. Assist in the analysis of workshop outcomes and gap analysis/resolution. Coach and assist the IT and Business leads to understand and define the overall application and technical requirements. Ensure that these requirements tie back to the established business requirements and performance goals and that the technical direction is consistent with the client's long-term direction. Work with other team members to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements. Fully understand the capabilities and limitations of the native SAP technical architecture/solution. Assist in the understanding and documentation of existing custom development, and help negotiate relevant solutions to bring Client environment closer to ‘vanilla.’ Assist in the development of a global Product Hierarchy strategy, and translate into detailed requirements. Review and integrate application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements. Review and integrate the technical architecture requirements for the development, test and production environments. Assist with issue identification, negotiation, and resolution Review all deliverables to ensure completeness, consistency, quality, and requirement traceability. Ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards. Ensure complete and timely knowledge transfer to Client team members. *Skills and Experience Requirements for CRM Role:** *8+ years SAP Experience of which 5+ years in Lead/Architect role Experience with defining business process strategy and the business processes for the Campaign to Cash end-to-end process. Lead Experience with Process Reengineering Design and implementation of the design projects.
