Location: NC Candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of interoperability testing between Tekelec Policy Server products and 3rd party equipment. The candidate must be able to work with internal and external cross functional teams to review and provide input into test requirements. The candidate will project lead the interoperability testing efforts including project status reporting & tracking, writing Test Strategy, test plans, and Final Test Result reports. Organizational skills and multitasking will be required along with excellent verbal and written communications. The candidate will also have responsibility in hands on execution of the interoperability test plan including lab equipment setup, network setup, test case execution, bug tracking & reporting, and troubleshooting. Experience and Education Requirements: Candidate should have at least 5 to10 years of experience in QA testing with working knowledge of QA methodology and project release cycles. Bachelors in CS, EE, or equivalent technical degree required. Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in testing in the following areas: 1) Linux-based server environment. 2) SQL and In-Memory Databases 3) IP Network environment. Candidate should have project leadership experience in implementing highly structured testing processes (strong knowledge of testing concepts, practices, and procedures). Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as interpersonal skills are required to coordinate efforts.
