Develop new Oracle API’s to load new employees, load employee balances, W4 information in HR / Payroll database. Develop new Oracle reports and Oracle PL/SQL programs to support existing HR functions at Arch. * * *Oracle Apps HRMS Project Requirements:* Required Skills *3+ Years of experience in the skill sets defined below:* - Good Knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.10 *HR and Payroll*Modules. - Experience working with *benefits module* – Knowledge of Oracle Programs, Plans and options, flex etc. - Experience with writing *Oracle API’s* related to HR and Payroll modules (Employee Loads, W4 Loads, Balance Adjustments, etc.) - Experience with writing *Inbound and outgoing Oracle Interfaces* - Experience with *Payroll and Benefits Fast formulas* - Experience working with *Oracle 9i/10g Database*. - Experience working with *Oracle SQL*. Candidate should be excellent in writing the SQL queries. - Experience working with *Oracle PL/SQL Programming* – Writing Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers. - Experience working with *Oracle Reports 6i*. Preferred but NOT Required Skills: - Experience working with Oracle forms 6i. - Experience in Coding UNIX Shell Scripts. - Experience working with Oracle SQL*Loader. - Experience working on Oracle HR and Payroll acquisition projects.
