Operational support duties include registering, scheduling, and deleting nodes from the TSM backup infrastructure. A good candidate for this position will have solid troubleshooting skills to analyze failed backups, or other infrastructure level errors. Knowledge of IBM and STK/SUN/Oracle tape libraries and Virtual Tape Library (VTL) technologies is also desired.
