I've pasted a copy of the job description below for your review. *Requirements * 1. 6+ years in application development in the field of storage, system, or network management. Proven track record in delivering feature-rich and innovative applications. Given the expected complexity of this code, we are looking for somebody who has a strong development background (as opposed to somebody who might have started as a pure HTML/CSS developer and then graduated to JavaScript programming). 2. Intimate knowledge of JavaScript/HTML/CSS/AJAX 3. Experience with one or more JavaScript/AJAX development frameworks (such as JQuery, JQPlot, etc.). 4. Experience with at least one application development framework such as Ruby on Rails, or Python/Django and at least one SQL RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle). 5. Good database design skills. 6. Ability to convert a rough statement of needs into a high quality, polished product 7. Good communication skills 8. BSCS or EE or equivalent experience Preferences 1. Experience with Ruby on Rails 2.
