We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in our clients Configuration Management project team, in support of the IT Service Management initiative. Duration: 6 months Location: NJ Responsibilities Major responsibilities include: Creating functional requirements (including data dictionaries, source / target mappings, wire frames, and use case analysis) for all business requirements of the CMS. Creating wireframes and user interface mockups for user review sessions Updating / development of appropriate documentation Interfacing with technical architect and development team, to ensure correct comprehension of all requirements. Verify that proposed technical design addresses all functional areas Basic level of testing of all delivered features to ensure compliance with functional requirements (in depth QA testing to be performed by a separate QA team) Skills / Qualifications Applied knowledge of IT domain topics, such as infrastructure management, systems management, or application development.
