*Duration: 6+ months* *Rate: $60/hr on Corp-Corp* ** Administer the document imaging hardware and software platform consisting of IBM FileNet and Kofax Encapture software. Candidate must be familiar with the following technologies: *Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Server 2008, Redhat Linux, and JBoss.* The candidate should have an understanding, and ability to apply the concepts to practice. Should also have ability to understand MS Active Directory, as well as, understand what JBoss is and what it does. The candidate will need to work closely with the implementation vendor as a liaison for all IT requirements and provide technical expertise. Monitor and manage the imaging environment and troubleshoot any issues related to access or performance. Perform software upgrades as needed and control patch management for all servers. The candidate must be able to work with internal business units to support ongoing imaging requirements. Filenet certification is mandatory. Although the candidate does not need to be MS certified, it may separate them if they have both ms and filenet certifications. Mortgage banking background is mandatory. *ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS* Manage server issues that may arise from the application set consisting of IBM FileNet and Kofax Encapture. Support the install and troubleshooting of software updates and changes required in the application environment Troubleshoot application layer issues relevant to Microsoft Server 2008, Redhat Linux, and JBoss. The candidate will be the lead of the support team providing weekly status reports of the systems, responsible for identifying and recommending improvements within the system, all administrative documentation of associated processes and procedures.
