Skills: Ability to lead overall technical work-stream for one business unit. Business Analysis skills - Needs to be able represent the needs of the business for requirements definition/prioritization as well as user acceptance testing. Needs to understand software development lifecycle. High organization and communication (verbal and written) skills. Familiarity/proficiency of Business Objects is a 'nice to have' and 'not a need to have'.
