*NEED 2 PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES FROM THEIR PROJECTS* Role: Project Manager with banking exp. Location: Cleveland, OH Duration: $3-6 months **** Must have Banking experience. Strong preference for Credit Risk, Retail Risk experience *** * *PROJECT * Provides leadership for the management, cost control and execution of Bank Retail Risk projects, which may include credit risk modeling, and enhancements to the Retail Data Warehouse recently deployed into production. Leads multi-functional project team including team members from one or many internal (Retail Risk, IS, Operations, Credit Risk, Audit, Model Validation, Product) and external groups (Vendors) to achieve project objectives.Projects may include retail credit risk modeling, retail data warehouse, internet, distributed and mainframe technologies. *REQUIREMENTS * 7 - 10 years Project Management experience: - budgets of $1 - $3 million - resources of 30-60 team members - medium to high complexity - banking and/or financial services background - financial services projects that involve risk management initiatives delivering solutions implemented through internet, distributed or mainframe systems development efforts. - MS Project and PowerPoint a requirement, and experience with Visio, SharePoint and IBM Lotus Notes and other collaboration software a definite plus. - Strong business analysis, communication, organizational and management skills. *DELIVERABLES * - Leads and has direct responsibility for one or more projects with combined budgets typically in the cost range of $1 - $3 million, 30-60 team members and medium - high complexity. - Independently manages project scope, manages risks, resolves issues, manages meetings and drives projects through to completion. - Manages and coordinates resources from a variety of functional areas - Effectively delegates work to and mentors less senior project leads or lead business analysts as part of the project management team. - Stays current on financial credit risk management best practices and technology trends, and works with key subject matter experts on recommendations where appropriate.
