This data updates and adds to the clients s existing data and eventually will be sent to a reporting database (on which the SSRS reports will be written). Ideally they would like someone to come in, understand the data, recommend solutions, and implement. These reports will provide insight to these KPMS at the company, region, store and associate levels allowing management at all levels to have insight to this initiative. *Consulting Position in IT Payroll Systems:* -Familiar with data packaging, overall database design, in addition to SSRS reports. -Informatica experience is a bonus -Requires knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008 -Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL -Requires strong knowledge creating reports using Microsoft Reporting Services -Great verbal and written communication ability.
