*NEED 2 PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES FROM THEIR PROJECTS* Role: Agile Developer Duration: 6 months Location: Columbus, OH We are looking for a candidate for the following position: Individual will be joining a newly formed agile team that is part of the Mortgage Banking Rapid Application Development organization. The team functions as a small but highly technical Agile group utilizing Scrum with a shared goal of producing top-notch software. As a Agile Development Lead you will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle from including requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment and support. The individual will be responsibility for mentoring other team members, identify and managing project risk and driving the success and quality of the end product produced by the team. This position is very hands-on and requires a strong ability to adapt to challenging problems and an intense desire to work as part of a cohesive team. Qualifications *7+ years of experience. *Excellent technical and analytical skills. *Excellent communication and influence skills. *Knowledgeable and comfortable working in an Agile Environment. *Hands on experience with SCRUM and feels comfortable playing Scrum Master if needed. *Proven track record of delivering results. *Broad range of experiences and understanding with web/internet technologies. *Pragmatic approach to developing and maintaining Application Frameworks. *Experience with multiple technologies and design techniques. *Experience integrating disparate systems within large technology environments. *Experience re-platforming/migrating Legacy Applications. *In-depth knowledge and experience with Spring Framework. *In-depth knowledge and experience with Maven and Continuous Integration Systems. *Axis2, Spring WS, or Apache CXF exposure.
