The first phase of this program is the delivery of a readiness assessment for input into the migration strategy and plan. In support of this effort, we are providing a Data Analyst. Description: Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical teams to assess and prepare readiness (rationalization, testing, mitigation) for Windows 7 migration and related projects. Works with client teams to determine and analyze requirements, solicit feedback, collaborate with technical SMEs, facilitate communication between business and technical teams, drive tasks that will lead to standardized processes and final project plan.
