We are in need of a Performance tester in FL or TX for a 12 months position with our direct client. Please send resumes withe rate and contact details. Responsibilities: . Performance testing management. * Provide for proactive performance issue identification and root cause analysis. * Perform JVM analysis including gc analysis, heap analysis etc. * Track the performance issues through defined defect process to resolve. * Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization in the application as well as components in the technology stack. . Define application workload analysis and drive performance testing to ensure coverage of the necessary workload. . Work with various teams including Performance, Operations and Infrastructure. . Build necessary UNIX shell scripts to monitor and alert any potential performance issues. Technical skills required: . 3-7 years performance testing experience. . Experience with J2EE Performance Analysis and Tuning. . Prior experience with building UNIX shell scripts. . Experience with distributed application running on Websphere Application Server, Tibco, Oracle. . Experience using any Monitoring Tools - Wily Introscope, Adlex, HP Diagnostics etc. Desirable Skills: .
