*Position:  OnBase Administrator*
*Location:  Nashville, TN*
*Length 12 months*


Job Description / Requirements  :

Primary job responsibilities include providing daily operational support
and system administration for the company's OnBase document imaging and
workflow applications across multiple, remote locations. No travel is
required

as all servers and client workstations can be accessed remotely from the
corporate office. This person will respond to and resolve operational
issues related to OnBase from end-users, help desks, and the company's
Information

Support Center (ISC). This person must be able to work fluently in the
company's Remedy Incident and Change Management system, and adhere to the
company's published service levels for incident assignment, resolution and

closure according to incident priority, along with published change
management processes and guidelines. In addition to operational support
(break/fix) responsibilities, this person will perform rudimentary,
periodic OnBase

system administration responsibilities such as disk group promotions, log
reviews, and system health checks. This person will escalate high and
critical priority issues to senior team members as appropriate.

Required skill sets:

*Hyland OnBase System Administration experience is required.
*Microsoft server administration skills are needed, but MCSE is not
required.
*Familiarity with Microsoft Windows XP client administration skills is
needed.
*Experience with a Help Desk incident tracking system (preferably Remedy
7.0) is necessary.
*Experience supporting applications, servers, and client workstations
remotely with one or more remote access tools are required.

Optional skill sets:

*Current OnBase System Administrator certification (version 9.2)
*OnBase WorkFlow Administration skills
*Microsoft SMS/SCCM client package configuration and deployment experience
