*1. Position : Oracle SOA Developer.
Location: Chicago, IL.
Duration : 6 Months+*
Job Summary:
Contributes to the planning, design, development, implementation,
maintenance, and enhancements of Oracle ERP applications.
Under the guidance of the Senior Principal Manager Oracle Systems
Development, this role collaborates with company customers, staff members,
IT Colleagues and other stakeholders to define customer requirements and
system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and implement
solutions.
Essential Job Functions: Plan, design, develop, implement, maintain, and
enhance Oracle ERP applications.
Work with the development team to make sure that the required
documentation/migration steps are put in place for the DBAs for migrating
code to the UAT instances.
Work with the Oracle development team in enhancing/unifying the coding
Oracle development standards and making sure that the code development is
done according to the WMS standards document.
Remain current with change and configuration management methodologies, the
Oracle AIM methodology, and project management techniques.
Define customer requirements and interface business needs with system
design.
Education:BS or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
fieldRequired
Experience:A minimum of 8 years programming experience8 years SQL, PL/SQL,
Workflow Builder5 years of experience in OAF development.
3 Years of experience in BI Publisher development work1+ years of
experience in Oracle SOA/BPEL design architectureExposure/Experience in
FORMS 6i and later, REPORTS 6i and later8 years experience with Oracle ERP
modules.
Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA,); Oracle Manufacturing (BOM, PO, ENG,
WIP, INV, OE,); Oracle Supply Chain (Advanced Planning and Scheduling
-APS); Oracle HR; Oracle Customer Relationship Management (Sales, Service,

Knowledge of the business process flows in a majority of the modules.
Experience with performance tuning of SQL (explain plan, tkprof techniques)
Workflow customizations and
development·
Experience in working with cross-functional teams in a corporate
environment.
Resolution of user support tickets for production issues and system
bugs·
Strong organizational and time management skills

Interaction with Oracle support for troubleshooting functionality issues
(TARs/ SRs)·
Detail oriented, organized, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.·
