DESCRIPTION:
Java lead role will be responsible for designing and delivering a core
technology platform that makes it possible for end-client to acquire,
convert, and transform data into XML for downstream processing. Resource
will have an active role in the design and development on a Content
Preparation Service platform that will be used throughout end-client to
enhance, relate, and deliver data to their customers.
The key area of focus for this position as a Sr. Software Engineer is to
design and develop against one of several services within end-client's
publishing platform. This individual will contribute to solutions across
the entire architecture stack using the current technologies including
Java, XML, Web Services, JQuery, Spring, Hibernate, and Oracle. He/She
will also mentor junior software engineers. Our ideal candidate has 3-5
years experience in OO design and development role on a large,
enterprise-scale software program and background in coordinating with
other teams to deliver an integrated solution.
