*Qualifications

* Experience utilizing a wide array Java tools in business, Web, and
client-server environments including Java Platform, Enterprise
Edition (J2EE), Enterprise Java Bean (EJB), JavaServer Pages (JSP),
Java Servlets (including JNDI), MVC, AJAX and Java database
Connectivity (JDBC) technologies.
* Knowledge of multiple development languages including JavaScript,
HTML, and XML, and ability to write clean, eloquent, minimal code in
a load-balanced environment to achieve value added business outcomes.
* Expertise in Object Oriented analysis and design, Classic design
patterns and J2EE patterns.
* Technically capable with maximizing build quality and simplifying
the build process through use of build integration tools (e.g. Ant,
Maven, etc.).
* Experience in full life-cycle solution delivery projects (more than
15 people, longer than 6 months) is preferred
* Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or
Lean/Agile delivery environment.
* Good collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
* Commitment to and hands-on experience in leading/performing
technical quality reviews.
* Commitment to collaborate with other developers and subject matter
experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs
between usability and performance needs.
* JBOSS SOA and JBOSS ESB experience
* Experience with JUNIT, Continues Integration, Eclipse, Jmeter, XML,
SOAP/REST Web Services
* Fluency with UNIX and MS Office
* Solid Relational databases and SQL skills
* Oracle skills are preferred
* ATG knowledge is a big plus
*Required Skills:*
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Business, or other
* 5 years of relevant professional experience accepted in lieu of a degree
* Experience working as a developer on multiple projects and business
functions, in both large (1-year+ projects) and small projects ( >3
months)
* Strong business acumen to quickly learn new business processes and
understand how IT needs to support the business in achieving revenue
and profit goals
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
* Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using
virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting)
* Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams
