Position/Designation - Recruiter/ Sr. Recruiters (US Staffing Night Shift) Ideal candidates will have: • 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT Staffing with good understanding in Full Lifecycle recruitment. • Excellent knowledge in US Tax Terms and Visa Types. • Good exposure in Technical skills and understanding requirements. • Ability to identify the right candidates from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Corp-Corp, etc. • Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates. • Filling open positions, utilizing employee referrals, job boards, postings and pro-actively networking to find talent. • Ability to negotiate rates based on the Clients need and maintains good vendor contacts. • Ability to tech screen candidates and maintain good turnaround time. • Strong Team player and process oriented. • Excellent communication, great attitude with good inter-personal skills. • Work in Night Shifts/US Timings. -- Thanks and Regards, Kapa Global Resource Management, Inc.
