· 1 to 3 years of experience in US IT Staffing with good understanding in Full Lifecycle recruitment. · Excellent knowledge in US Tax Terms and Visa Types. · Good exposure in Technical skills and understanding requirements. · Ability to identify the right candidates from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Corp-Corp, etc. · Ability to use Boolean search strings to identify qualified candidates. · Filling open positions, utilizing employee referrals, job boards, postings and pro-actively networking to find talent. · Ability to negotiate rates based on the Clients need and maintains good vendor contacts. · Ability to tech screen candidates and maintain good turnaround time. · Strong Team player and process oriented. · Excellent communication, great attitude with good inter-personal skills. · Work in Night Shifts/US Timings. -- Thanks and Regards, Kapa Global Resource Management, Inc.
