*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*include the following. Other
duties may be assigned.
. New development and support of existing production SFDC applications.
. Perform design and estimating tasks for upcoming WO and Project requests.
. Attend and participate in design meetings.
*REQUIREMENTS*
. SF.com implementations
. Expert knowledge of SFDC out of box point and click development solutions.
. Expert knowledge in APEX, Visual Force, Workflows, Triggers and
Service Cloud
. SFDC Developer Console/Debugging
. Experience with jQuery, Javascript, CSS, Eclipse
. Complete understanding of SFDC governor limitations and remedial
strategies
. Expert level knowledge advanced SFDC topics such as: bulk API, future
calls, outbound messaging/web services, APEX scheduler
. Object Oriented Programming and associated design patterns.
. Able to plan and work independently or in a team environment
. Exhibit excellent unit testing, debugging and documentation skills
. Ability to work with little or no direction in an agile environment
. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
. Produce realistic estimates for the detailed requirements based on the
architectural route chosen.
. Meet stated milestones, deliverables and deadlines and understand that
they may at times be operating under tight time constraints in
individual or team environment
. Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal), time
management, interpersonal and team building skills
*DESIRED*
. Experience in .NET development (C#)
. Experience in SQL Server
. Experience with one or more CRM solutions
. Experience with one or more Cloud solution
. Experience with Informatica 'Cloud' platform
. HTML
. Familiar with industry standard coding best practices
. Experience with large scale IT projects.
. Detailed technical knowledge of applications development process,
techniques and tools.
. Proven ability to work with representatives of operational, IT and
customer facing organizations at all levels.
