*Duration: 6-12 Months*



QC Admin Support Role

Creates HP Support incidents for client and work with HP Support to resolve.

Implements QC Roadmap Tasks

- Performs assigned tasks, including: analysis, design, documentation,
training and communication.

Monitors QC Prod Environment

- Monitors QC env and sends QC outage communications during Mpls workday

Provides QC Tool and Process Support

- Provides consulting support to Mpls QC users.

- Harvests best practices/tips from client interaction and updates
documentation.

- Supports Weekly QC Open Labs.

- Assists with User Access Request Escalations during Mpls workday.

- Designs new QC reports and redesign existing reports, based on need.

- Provides support for Caliber/QC Integration.

QC Change Requests (CR)

- Performs analysis on assigned CRs and document findings.

Support of TTS.QualityCenter mailbox

- Provides mailbox support during Mpls workday.
