1) Project Planning*_
• Design the project approach/methodology.
• Development a detailed work plan of tasks, activities and a formal
project plan.
Deliverables:
• Formal Project Plan
• Detailed work task list (WBS)
• Stakeholder Registry
• Stakeholders Communication Plan
*_2) Requirements Gathering_*
• Conduct functional requirements gathering sessions with key
stakeholders, driving the design of the Performance Management system
• Conduct Performance Metrics Gathering Sessions with stakeholders
• Document requirements and metrics.
Deliverables:
• Functional Requirements Document
• Program metrics document
*_3) User Interviews / Requirements Definition_*
The requirements will be analyzed and a detailed design document for the
Performance Management System will be developed, including: custom
rules, workflow, file plans and reports.
This will include a matrix document that will define:
• Security/permission Requirements.
• Wireframe document to assist developers in configuring the system
_*4) Workshops/Training*_
Training – Identification of training objectives for targeted program
areas, method of delivery and timing of delivery.
Deliverables:
• Performance Management System training material
• Conduct training sessions (live and computer recorded)
