*5 years Business Analysis experience with MicroStrategy as the reporting tool, version 8 and above;* Great understanding of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse Concepts . 3-5 years experience working with file structures, database designs, batch and online processing and ad hoc reporting. . MUST HAVE experience in retail business . Experience with formal standards and practices for end to end SDLC . Ability to guide software development business analysis and drive large scale projects, as well as hands on requirements gathering. . Elicit requirements using interviews, existing system and document analysis, requirements meetings, use cases, business analysis and workflow analysis. . Experience working with design team to translate requirements and use cases into wireframe / prototype user centric conceptual designs. . Ability to conduct requirements sessions within the context of the subject matter expert's workflows ยท Explore and translate customer future state workflows while analyzing impacts and risks . Provide status reports on projects showing progress against milestones, status, issues, risks, and dependencies
