Functional configuration experience with expertise in Configuration Management, Pricing and Order/Service management. Experience in the Returns/Repair process and solved issues related to repair process Experience with Mobile integrated with Customer Service(CS)/Service Management(SM) modules Experience with Visual Planning Board integrated with Customer Service (CS)/Sevice Management(SM) modules Experience with SAP integration to Industry Mall platform, which includes customer feedback system integration Setup of Installed Base, equipment records and functional locations (iBase management) Field Service management Good understanding of business processes starting from call management till billing.
