Senior WAF Administrator Location: Seattle, Washington OR Portsmouth, NH
Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Application Firewall Administrator (WAF)who can work directly with internal application teams to understand their application traffic flow and tune F5 ASM as needed to provide an additional layer of protection. Needs to be a self-starter who can work independently with a sense of urgency and can also work within a team environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS: Experience with working with Web Application firewalls including but not limited to F5 Big IP ASM 5+ years of experience working in an enterprise-level customer support, escalation, or consulting capacity with a high-technology company in the networking, security, or compliance industries Experience working with TCP/IP and HTTP/S protocols, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls Theoretical and practical knowledge of TCP/IP stack protocols (2nd layer and above) Experience with TCP/IP packet analysis Experience with layer 7th security appliances highly desired Basic knowledge in web and application development (JSP, .NET, Ruby, HTML) Experience with Linux operating systems Knowledge of a scripting languages such as Perl or Shell Excellent problem solving skills with a strong sense of customer commitment Excellent time management, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills Excellent documentation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills DESIRED SKILLS: Juniper firewall understanding Lower layer firewall understanding and troubleshooting F5 LTM and GTM Security and network certifications, highly desirable -- Thanks and regards, Krish Kumar, GDN Infotech Inc, WP-317-863-0721, [email protected]. . -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Users" group.
