*Position* : .NET Technical Lead
*Location: *Indianapolis, IN
*Duration: *12+ Months
Ø 9+ years of extensive experience in application
design and development on Microsoft .NET Technologies
Ø Strong expertise in design frameworks like MVC
other design patterns
Ø Hands on experience with
1. Architecting tool like Enterprise Architect.
2. In data modeling.
3. Develop POC and evaluate it using profiler.
4. Microsoft .NET technologies, Microsoft .NET
Framework 2/3/4, ASP.NET, ADO.NET
5. Windows Services, Windows Communication
Framework and XML Web Services
6. MS Entity Framework, NHibernate
7. Visual C# .NET and/or VB.NET
8. Microsoft application block (Data access ,
Exception handling and logging)
9. jQuery, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
10. Modeling using use cases, user stories and
class diagrams
Ø Strong RDBMS knowledge with MS SQL Server,
writing complex stored procedures and good in analyzing execution plan to
do performance tuning
Ø Must have experience in version control, build
automation & deployment. Hands on experience in TFS is a must. Experience
in tools like Stash, TeamCity, OctopusDeploy is desirable.
Ø Must be able to provide innovative and effective
solutions that meet any clients' business needs
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Committed and motivated team player with good analytical skills. Highly
competent in quantitative and qualitative analysis and critical thinking.
Ø Responsibilities will include working directly
with the business to analyze user requirements and lead a team (onsite
and/or offshore) to define functional specifications and design technical
solutions.
Ø Experience in Project Management using
Waterfall/Agile Methodologies is an added advantage.
Ø Must have B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering
or Electronics Communication Engineering from premier engineering colleges
and must have good academic record.
