We are looking for strong analyst skilled with both Service Cloud and Sales
Cloud. The current focus of work would be SRS delivery, but that could be
expanded.
Looking for someone that can independently (or nearly so) drive two
current BRDs which are at a 90% completion status to 100% through
conversations with the BRDs authors and key stakeholders. The two BRDs are
integrating in to the current DFS Sales and Service clouds in order to
expand DFS captive financing in Mexico, Chile and Columbia (with Mexico
being a priority and Chile and Columbia coming shortly thereafter).
The Sales Cloud will not have any integrations, the Service Cloud
will have a single interface into our commercial system of record,
InfoLease.
Once the BRD is at 100% status, the desired candidate would then be
able to fully design (author SRS and TDS) and implement the solution.
While no dates are final at this stage, here at the critical milestones we
are driving to:
BRD at 90% - Complete
BRD at 100% - 10/1
SRS Approved 11/1
Dev Complete Feb/Mar 2014
Testing March/May 2014
Go Live June 2014
Responsibilities
Identify and document current state process, system, and data flows
Define future state requirements and perform gap analysis to provide
solution recommendations
Partner with IT Development team to translate requirements into
technical specifications
Develop comprehensive process scenarios/test scripts, track progress,
and drive issue resolution during various testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT,
Performance)
Coordinate Business Readiness activities, including communication,
end-user training and access, data conversion, and cutover strategy
Ensure compliance with internal controls/Governance
Define transition/training plan for hand-off to appropriate
Production support groups
Work within established SDLC project management methodology to manage
relationship between DFS IT and DFS Sales and Business teams with regards
to scope, deliverables, and timing to support efficient portfolio delivery
Skills/Requirements:
Prefer Bachelors degree and with 8 years experience in SFDC
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required
Experience with financial services business and workflows is desired
Good understanding of business process and systems flows, and ability
to consider implications to current and future state business environment
Strong analytical and problem solving
Strong requirements documentation abilities are required
Ability to decide, act, and influence others
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
