Job Description: - This position is for a SSRS Reporting Developer/DBA to convert existing reports and create new reports. - Source systems will be iSeries DB2, SQL Server and SSAS Cubes. - Responsibilities include working with users and BI team to determine requirements, providing work estimates, perform data analysis on DB2 and SQL Server, creation and modification SSRS Reports, create stored procedures for reports, tuning SSRS reports, verifying output and ensuring data accuracy of reports, migrating changes to production, producing documentation, SSRS process monitoring and problem solving, and knowledge sharing with team members.
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years experience combined application/database development/SSRS development. - 3+ years experience with MS SQL Server 2008 Reporting Services (SSRS); 2+ years experience with ODBC/Open Query - Able to work effectively in a team environment - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Access.
